Estimated delivery timelines are shown on each product page. Customers may select a preferred delivery date during checkout, which will be confirmed once stock has been allocated.
Our delivery team or courier partner will contact you prior to delivery to ensure availability. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the order.
Delivery inspection: Please inspect your item upon delivery before signing. Any visible damage must be reported immediately. Once signed as received in good condition, later claims may not be covered.
Warranty All Ever Wood Living products include a supplier or manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing and workmanship defects only.
